ABOUT WHALE INNOMED
Whale Innomed was founded on January 18, 2024, by a founder with over 10 years of experience in the medical device industry. The business initially operated under the name Diwa Healthcare Limited Partnership, with its first focus on disposable medical devices and equipment used in Central Supply Departments, particularly those related to sterilization.
Later, the business expanded into software systems for hospital inventory management, eventually evolving into a broader pursuit of medical innovation and technology, which led to the establishment of Whale Innomed Co., Ltd.
Whale Innomed’s core business operations are divided into four main sectors:
1. Capital medical equipment
2. Disposable medical supplies
3. Software systems for medical equipment center management
4. Calibration/maintenance services and training for hospital equipment centers
The Company’s Growth Journey
We began as an importer of medical devices, operating under ISO 13485 certified management systems. Over time, we expanded into medical equipment management solutions through a collaboration with Isara Software, co-developing a platform called Medisence a Medical Asset Management Solution designed to optimize hospital equipment operations.
In addition, we have formed a key partnership with Inctech Metrological Center Co., Ltd. (IMC), a company specializing in calibration and maintenance of medical equipment, as well as laboratory setup and ISO 17025-compliant training services.
Currently, Whale Innomed Co., Ltd. has also signed a research and development collaboration agreement with the National Institute of Metrology (Thailand) to support quality infrastructure development and the establishment of a calibration laboratory for medical measuring instruments.

With over a decade of experience in the medical device field, we recognized the opportunity to improve product standards and integrate advanced technologies into hospital equipment management. Our goal is to help hospitals manage their medical assets more efficiently—enhancing patient care with higher quality and safety—while maximizing the value of limited resources and government funding.
